Mr. Brandon has a wide range of experience in Human Resources spanning over eight years. Prior to joining Nelson, he worked in multiple industries ranging from healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution.

He has expertise in recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations and compliance training.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee.

In his current role as a Human Resources Generalist, he is passionate about employee development, developing effective strategies for recruitment, and providing professional HR support to the Nelson team.
